Mission: Preserve the beauty and resources of approximately 20,000 acres of prime farm and forest land forever by preserving
healthy farm and forest land practices, enhancing land values, and providing support for the continuation of family
heritage and history.

Services: Work with local farmers and forest managers to put perpetual conservation easements
over private land to preserve healthy farm and forest management practices, provide methods for enhancing land
values and revenue, and provide support to promote family heritage and history. Services intended to be offered include legal and tax council, easement cost abatement,
incentives, easement surveys, land easement management, view protection, formation of contiguous high value land,
financial support to aid family heritage, land purchases, farm/forest restoration and protection, and land
sales after the farm/forest is made healthy and is protected.
